Partial Nail Avulsion (PNA)

PNA is a quick and painless minor surgical procedure  to remove a narrow strip of 1 side of the toenail. This is the ideal permanent treatment for ingrowing toe nails or involuted nails (which dig into the toe, causing pain or infections). It does not require stitches and is usually fully healed within 4-6 weeks.

Total Nail Avulsion (TNA)

TNA is a quick and painless minor surgical procedure to remove the whole toenail, with the option to permanently prevent nail regrowth. This method of whole nail removal is more favourable than those carried out by orthopaedic surgeons, as it does not require stitches, recovery is quicker (within 6-8 weeks) and there is a lower chance of nail regrowth.

Bilateral Partial Nail Avulsion

Bilateral PNA is a quick and painless minor surgical procedure to remove 2 narrow strips on either side of one toenail. This treatment is the ideal permanent solution to retain as much of the healthy nail while removing both problematic, curved sides. It does not require stitches and is usually fully healed within 4-6 weeks.
